The general description is:
Project is a new fire stair addition to Brody Building consisting of approximately 2600 SF plus an additional 1000 Sf interior renovations which will include new glass enclosed elevator lobby; conversion of the existing 2-stop hydraulic elevator to a 4-stop elevator; Type 1-b construction including concrete and steel framing with exterior masonry walls; CIP stairs; and EPDM membrane roof. Site work includes extensive landscape and hardscape site work between Brody, Biotechnology and Warren Life Sciences buildings.
