The Project includes the construction of a new, 8,714 square foot single story building including site development, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. The building includes a multipurpose room, dining room with adjacent kitchen, administrative area, craft room, fitness room and outside deck. Construction includes structural steel walls on a slab on grade with stem walls, fiber cement and stone veneer façade and a wood truss roof system.
