Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bayboro, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,165-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility. The Project consists of the construction of a 5,165 square foot one story building including site development, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. The building includes a 911 Dispatch, an EOC / Training room, offices, storage bays, and support spaces. Construction includes wood trusses, slab on grade, load bearing CMU walls with brick veneer, single ply roof membrane
system, and steel stud interior walls.
