Work of the Project includes, but is not limited to, toilet renovations, new gyp board and acoustical tile ceilings, new floor finishes and new wall finishes, demolition of existing window AC units and installation of 14 new packaged wall mounted classroom heat pump units, ductwork air distribution, new lighting fixtures, new electrical gear to feed new and existing circuits, and associated electrical and general construction work
