The program recognizes companies for a commitment to the safety and health of their employees. Achieving SHARP status isn't easy to earn, and it has taken years of hard work and dedication from all of our employees and project partners. D&D has worked with the NCDOL Consultative services for many years before receiving our first SHARP site recognition in 2016, and since that time, we have completed FOUR successful SHARP projects.
