This month, our D&D team was recognized by the North Carolina Department of Transportation for successfully completing two Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) projects, Coastal Elementary School and Catherine Lake Elementary School in Onslow County. The program recognizes companies for a commitment to the safety and health of their employees. Achieving SHARP status isn’t easy to earn, and it has taken years of hard work and dedication from all of our employees and project partners. D&D has worked with the NCDOL Consultative services for many years before receiving our first SHARP site recognition in 2016, and since that time, we have completed FOUR successful SHARP projects.
