After over four successful decades in the construction industry, Jim Daniels Jr. is retiring from Daniels & Daniels Construction Company. Jim’s introduction to the construction industry started with hands on experience. He began his career in 1977 after graduating from UNC. He involved himself in estimating and project management in 1985 and after his father’s retirement in 1992, became president of the company. He has most recently served as chairman of the board.
To spend a minute with Jim is all it takes to understand his passion for quality and excellence in construction, as well as his commitment to Daniels and Daniels, the success of the employees and the betterment of the community it serves. The respect people have for Jim as a businessman translates into high levels of esteem and admiration for him as a mentor and a friend. His devotion to faith, family, employees and his fellow man is the foundation for all he has accomplished in life so far.
