When our very own, Allen Lambert, called and asked if he could coordinate a cookout at Wayne Community College for the first responders fighting the COVID battle, there was no telling where he would take it.  Allen quickly went to work pulling together all the right players to allow us to serve the most people as possible. WCC, Cheney Brothers, Southco, Culligan and individual volunteers joined in the effort allowing us to provide over 1,000 meals to our Wayne County essential workers!  We enjoyed ourselves so much we are going to make this an annual appreciation event!
